Ingredients
- 6 clWhite rum
- 3 clAperol
- 3 clWatermelon juice
- 1.5 clFreshly squeezed lime juice
- 1.5 clSimple syrup
- Soda water
- Ice
- Watermelon wedge and mint leaf for garnish

In a cocktail shaker, combine ice, rum, Aperol, juices, and simple syrup. Shake to chill.
